The UK Payroll Year End Supplement for April 2026 is now available here. This contains all of the information you need to complete the current year (2025-26) and start the new year (2026-27). Note that you will need to login to our Customer Portal to access this document. If you haven't logged in before, please enter your email, click 'Forgot password?' and follow the email link from there. You also need to be on version 8.01 before calculating pay from 6th April 2026 (which should be the case before the end of March 2026). As normal, you will need to download the Tax & NI Bands from Evolution M(x) itself. Please read the document thoroughly before completing the current year, calculating pay from 6th April 2026, or logging a Support call. Many thanks.

If you need to install Evolution M on a new client, simply click here and then on the 'Click Here' option next to the 'Version 8.00 Client' and then click Save File. Right-click 'setup.exe' and choose Run as Administrator, click Next twice then enter the IP address of your server. Click Next, Install and Finish and the Evolution M client will be on your desktop.
