Irish Payroll Evolution M/Mx users: Irish Tax and PRSI changes from 1st January 2026

If you are an Evolution M/Mx user that processes their Irish Payroll through the system, then you must ensure you update your Tax and PRSI rates before you calculate pay from 1st January 2026. Please follow the instructions found on the Customer Portal here. Please ensure you read this now and follow all the instructions accordingly. This document also contains additional manual steps required for those users that haven't purchased our Auto-enrolment add-on module, which seamlessly integrates with NAERSA for use from 1st January 2026. ALL users must also ensure they have setup their Employer profile on the MyFutureFund website here between 1st and 31st December 2025.

Irish Payroll Evolution M/Mx users: PRSI changes from 1st October 2025

If you are an Evolution M/Mx user that processes their Irish Payroll through the system, then you must ensure you update your PRSI rates before you calculate pay from 1st October 2025. Please follow the instructions found on the Customer Portal here. Please ensure you only follow the instructions below, after any Payroll has been calculated up to 30th September 2025 and before any Payroll is calculated from 1st October 2025.


Important Notice for Excel Automation users

05/06/2025

We have been made aware of a Microsoft Office365 update causing Excel Automation to stop functioning. The problematic Office update is Version 2505 as mentioned here Microsoft Office Release Notes. At the moment, you will have to roll back to Version 2504 in order to get Excel Automation working again. Please contact your IT providers in the first instance for help with this. If you or your IT providers need assistance with this, then please let us know. Thank you.

Evolution M Client

If you need to install Evolution M on a new client, simply click here and then on the 'Click Here' option next to the 'Version 8.00 Client' and then click Save File. Right-click 'setup.exe' and choose Run as Administrator, click Next twice then enter the IP address of your server. Click Next, Install and Finish and the Evolution M client will be on your desktop.
